If a document-photo requirement is wrong, outdated or linked to the wrong authority, please report it with the strongest source available.

What to include

The Photo Pass page URL and country/document name.
The requirement you believe is inaccurate.
A direct official source URL, form or dated authority notice.
A short explanation of the discrepancy.

How reports are handled

Reports that could cause application rejection or delay receive priority. We compare the evidence against the current source, update affected presets and related pages, and revise the visible verification date only after review.

Submit a correction

Use the contact form and select “Requirement correction.” Do not attach or paste personal identity documents or portraits.
